.ORG Foundation's federal tax exemption status was approved by the Internal Revenue Service on 19 Decemebr 2013, retroactively taking effect on 3 January 2013. The letter grants federal income tax exemption to our organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Gifts and donations made to our organization are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
